Fast Online Transfers
- AWS DataSync: An online data transfer service that simplifies, automates, and accelerates moving terabytes of data between on-premises storage systems and AWS Storage services (like Amazon S3 or Amazon EFS). It automatically handles encryption, script automation, and data validation, moving data up to 10 times faster than open-source tools.
- Amazon S3 Transfer Acceleration: Designed specifically for uploading massive files to an S3 bucket from far away. It routes your upload through the closest AWS Edge Location, and then pushes it across the ultra-fast, private AWS global network directly into your bucket.
